Philadelphia Attorney, Neil T. Murray, Wins $1.5 Million Malpractice Verdict

Philadelphia personal injury attorney, Neil T. Murray, announced that a Philadelphia jury has awarded his client, $1.5 million in a medical malpractice case brought against two Philadelphia doctors. Murray’s client suffered partial paralysis and very limited use of her legs after her thoracic spine collapsed on her spinal cord.

In addition to the $1,533,000 verdict, Murray also obtained settlements from a Philadelphia hospital and Philadelphia nursing home for an undisclosed amount.
